Message	I know these heads can be professionally ported well...I am just planning on smmothing the rough surfaces, opening up the ports(gaskets as guides)....any help is fine with me....don't really want to push it too much for the reason you pointed out....bu thanks, I saw no reason to clean pre-smoothing either. Any more hints appreaciated, not starting tomorrow, have time to use, will slowly approach this...then off for rebuild, cams, BDE VTC gears.....so, winter project....pulled engine so many times, getting use to it. Thanks
